Ryan Braun is proposed to by fan
When fans have the opportunity to get close to their idol, the way that some decide to demonstrate affection and adoration might cause some damage to the idealizer of the honor. A Ryan Braun fan has recently been through an annoying situation, as she printed her own personal phone number on a marriage proposal sign during a Brewers match.
Special proposal
The problem began when Robin, the Ryan Braun fan, received over 200 phone calls and 600 text messages. As ironically as it might seem, Braun himself actually tried to respond to the proposal by phoning Robin, but the voicemail inbox service was full and the player did not manage to succeed in his mission.
Once Robin was asked about her idea of publicizing her own phone number on a television broadcast, the Braun fanatic said “I thought it was a good idea at the time.” On the other hand, when Braun was questioned about the failure in leaving a message to Robin, the player did not reveal what would have been his answer. “I guess it wasn’t meant to be,” Braun said.
Braun’s Baseball History
The moment when Ryan Braun got seriously involved with baseball as a profession was when he got offered several scholarships to play for different colleges. Stanford University and UC-Berkeley were some that at the time had an interest in him as a sports representative. Braun decided to attend University of Miami and had his junior year as the most successful in Miami.
Braun officially became a Milwaukee Brewers baseball player in 2005, when the team hired him for the minor leagues. He stayed at that category from that year until 2007, when he shifted to the major leagues. Today he still plays with the majors and is currently on the season of the Major League Baseball (MLB), which had a match last Friday when Braun was proposed to.
