Besides winning the atention of thousands os viewers for the nominees of the Oscars night, some celebrities gain even more visibility for their great sense of style. Responsible for the announcement of the Best Original Song category, Jennifer Hudson, actress and singer, was one of the spotlights for the paparazzis herself thanks to the long-lenghted tangerine Versace dress she exhibited with her stunning svelte figure.

This edition wasn’t the first one that she presented nominations. Two years ago, the actress filled in for the same role, and, in 2006, Jennifer herself was nominated for the category Actress in a Supporting Role for her part on the film Dreamgirls. The winner of the Music (Original Song) category was the song “We belong together”, from the motion picture Toy Story 3.

Responsible for receiving the award, Randy Newman thanked Pixar, company which produced the film, and joked about how this is his second award in a total of 20 nominations. The first one was for the song “If I Didn’t Have You”, from the film Monsters SA, in 2002. Newman ended his speech with: “The Academy was amazingly kind by giving me this award. Thank you very much”.

Jennifer Hudson also atracted all the attention for the weight she lost. With the help from the Weight Watchers, Jennifer managed to lose eighty pounds. As if that weren’t enough, she is about to release a new album entitled “I remember me” in March 22.

The singer said during an interview that “I’ve called it ‘I Remember Me’ because of the journey I’ve been on. I’ve learned that life constantly surprises you, no matter your plans. My fans have been so loyal, I feel like they have been on this journey with me and I can’t wait for them to hear the new album”.
